HPCL Launches ‘HP PAY’

To promote Digital transactions, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (A Maharatna Company) has recently launched HP PAY application for the convenience of customers. HP PAY gives the customers flexibility, transparency, control & security in transactions.

HPCL's Director-HR Shri Pushp Kumar Joshi & Director-Marketing Shri Rakesh Misri launched “UPTO 100% CASHBACK CAMPAIGN”, through fueling application “HP PAY” at newly commissioned Retail Outlet, M/s. Abhinandan Fuels, Deva Road in Lucknow, yesterday.
With this unique fueling application, customers can buy fuels (Petrol, Diesel, Lubricants) at Petrol Pumps, book LPG cylinders & pay for LPG cylinders. This CASHBACK CAMPAIGN will be running at all Retail Outlets and LPG agencies from 1st March to 30th April 2020. In this Campaign, customer gets assured 1% CASHBACK & further gets chance to win CASHBACK ranging from 1% - 100% during a calendar month. In addition to CASHBACK as above, 1% value of PAYBACK points will also be given to customers on all transactions through this application. The launch was carried out in presence HPCL Retail Outlets dealers, LPG distributors and customers. During the launch, customers who used HP PAY to pay for fuel / 5 KG free trade LPG cylinders, got instant cashback ranging from 1% to 10% and were felicitated by the dignitories.

On the occasion, Customer Service Kiosk as well as 5 KG FTL POS (Point of Sale) inauguration was also done at the Retail Outlet. These kiosks have been set up for assisting customers to download, register & use of HP PAY App.
