Bollywood most stylish choreographer Sandip Soparrkar made a grand royal entry at the opening ceremony of 67th Cannes Film Festival dressed in creation of his favourite designer Deepak Shah. 



A sleek black sherwani with an overcoat, majestic green raw silk dupatta with Indian gold embroidery, accessorised with a classic temple jewellery necklace of rubies, emeralds and peals by Dev Balani of Malkish Jewels and a diamond studded watch by Shilpa Choksi of Marigold, Sandip looked a true Indian symbol of royalty.

Yet again the dynamic dancer allured and charmed the international paparazzi and people present at the splendid opening ceremony and premier of the film Grace of Monaco. The humble choreographer waltzed with style and grace perfect to the onlookers when he was introduced as the ‘Maharaja of Bollywood Dancing’ at the red carpet.



The celebrated choreographer who is known world over for making Pop divas Britney Spears and Madonna dance to his tunes is representing the Bollywood Dance Community at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival, he will be walking the red carpet for five nights promoting the song and dance culture of Indian cinema at this prestigious international platform.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
