Logistics DHL Express announces annual general price increase for 2013 Sep 28, 2012 DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, has announced its annual general price increase in India for 2013. The adjustment will be effective from January 1, 2013. In India, it will amount to 6.5% on average. DHL’s annual rate increase is based on a number of factors. One of its principal considerations is the impact of general price inflation on input costs for the express industry. It also takes into account costs that are specific to the express industry, which are not directly linked to inflation, including the impact of regulatory measures, such as additional security requirements.
