04 October, 2016: Oxigen Wallet and WWF-India have partnered this World Wildlife Week to encourage people to contribute towards conservation of the planet and all the biodiversity it supports.  As part of this association, Oxigen and WWF-India have launched the “Save the Planet” campaign through its apps, websites and social media platforms from 03rd – 15th October 2016, encouraging users to make donations to support the conservation initiatives of WWF-India using the Oxigen wallet. At the end of the campaign, 10 lucky participants will be gifted autographed merchandise by the New Zealand cricket team.
The joint campaign, commemorating both the World Wildlife Week and Daan Utsav, India’s ‘festival of giving’, asks people to not only make donations to support WWF-India but also make planet-friendly choices in their everyday lives, reducing their impact on the planet. It aims to build awareness in people about the need for conservation and the effort that people can make in their daily lives to leave behind a greener planet for future generations.
