~The soiree saw celebrities getting a sneak peak of IRFW Grand Finale's collection at Dessange with some classic French pampering~


Everyone in attendance was on their feet with applause as the international designer duo Falguni & Shane Peacock displayed a sneak peak of their collection that will be showcased at the grand finale of the India Resortwear Fashion Week. 


Preview of their  latest resortwear collection were Rocky S, Karishma Tanna, Evelyn Sharma, Binal Trivedi, Shamita & Mashoom Singha, Sophie Chaudhary  to name a few at Dessange Salon and Spa, the Official Hair & Make Up Partner for IRFW.


Speaking about their collection, the designer duo commented we are happy to be associated with India Resortwear Fashion Week yet again. We are really looking forward to showcase our Resortwear collection this year in Mumbai and more so as the grand finale designers of India Resortwear Fashion Week's third edition. 


Through this collection, we are evoking the spirit, energy and fashion sensibilities associated with holiday/cruise wear. The collection is an eclectic mix of swimsuits, bikinis, cover ups, kaftans and lounge wears in bright colors and comfortable fabrics. What's more is that we have Dessange Paris doing the hair and makeup for us!"


On the association with IRFW, Nikhil Sainani, Marketing Manager Dessange Paris said,we at Dessange Paris, pride ourselves on working with IRFW this year and hosting the preview of Shane & Falguni Peacock's Grand Finale collection.

The India Resortwear Fashion Week is slated to take place in Mumbai's JW Marriott between the12th to 14th December. This unique fashion affair will witness of the most prominent names in the fashion fraternity comprising of Masaba, Nishka Lulla, Pria Kataria Puri, Malini Ramani, Surily Goel, Nandita Mahtani, Rocky Star, Babita Malkani, Varoin Marwah, SINS, Ramona Narang, Archana Kochhar, Sai Suman, Turquoise & Gold, Sumit Das Gupta and Sounia Gohil for the Fashion Week.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
