Mrs. India Dubai International 2016

This is to inform you on 19th Feb’16, Dubai is going to witness a beauty pageant for married women. Mrs. India Dubai International 2016, initiated 24 years back. Organized by Carnival Media (http://www.carnivalmedia.in/), this competition is all about today's married women, their accomplishments, and commitment to family and marriage. It’s an out and out ‘FAMILY AFFAIR’ which is providing an opportunity to all the married women, work with their husbands and family to become positive role models.

The women will compete in five rounds i.e. Personal Interview, Fitness Wear, Indian Dress, Evening Gown and on Stage Question round, they will be having the opportunity to select a platform of their choice that (she) spends the year promoting. Husbands are a direct part of the show, escorting their wives in the Evening Gown competition, and the husband crowns his wife titleholder.

The winner of Miss Asia Pacific 2000 title Dia Mirza would be judging the contestants along with other esteemed jury members. One of the most successful singers of India K K would be there to perform and Manali Jagtap, the famous fashion designer would be showcasing a grand fashion show. Romee Khan and Tanique Fossa are the other big names who would make it more melodious by their performances and last but not the least the well known standup comedy artistSorabh Pant too going to entertain the audience.

Bringing together the power of technology with the world’s most efficient network of Mumbai d abbawalas , it was launched after a successful beta testing phase.  Papers N Parcels, the app-based courier service, has tied up with the Mumbai Dabbawalas to leverage the award-winning network of over 5000 dabbawalas  for door-to-door delivery and pick-up of packages within Mumbai City limits. Every dabbawalla who doubles up as a courier boy, carries an Android phone loaded with the Papers N Parcels app to take orders for pick-up or delivery. Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London. The Mayor was joined at the finals day by Bollywood screen legend and the co-owner of Mumbai City football club, Ranbir Kapoor, as well as the Chairman of Queens Park Rangers, Tony Fernandes.
