WIAA WOMENS RALLY TO VALLEY is being flagged off on Sunday 6th March 2016 from Sahara Star-Domestic Airport at 7 a.m.

Over 240 Cars and 1000 lady participants have entered the fray.

Verteran Rallyist and the Senior most 77 years old Katie Bhathena will be flagging off first. She has won many events in India and abroad and is expected to be a tough fight to the youngsters.

The well laid route to Aamby Valley is interesting and tough with beautiful scenic road to go to Aamby Valley.  The best venue

The event is sponsored by JK Tyres who have been supporting motor sports for a long time.

The event is being flagged off by Mrs.Valsa Nair Singh, IAS, Principal Secretary, Tourism & Culture, Government of Maharashtra.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London. The Mayor was joined at the finals day by Bollywood screen legend and the co-owner of Mumbai City football club, Ranbir Kapoor, as well as the Chairman of Queens Park Rangers, Tony Fernandes.
