Skechers & Lauren Gottlieb get Goa fit and Dancing

Skechers, the second largest sports & lifestyle footwear brand in the USA, got Goa to put on their dancing shoes for the first Skechers Perfomance Dance-Cardio Workout led by the talented danseuse-actor Lauren Gottlieb. Known for its high-performance shoes in Running, Walking & Training, Skechers introduced this fun initiative for the growing number of fitness enthusiasts in Goa.
Following the tempo set by Lauren, the crowd enthusiastically participated in the fun workout and went through the pace set for them by the beautiful dancing star and Skechers.
Lauren Gottlieb, a self-confessed Skechers fan and dance-cardio guru, said, “Everything in the universe has rhythm. Everything dances …so why not make your fitness regime dance to your beat. I’m so glad Skechers took the initiative of conducting this workout especially since their shoes are perfect for anyone with an active lifestyle and enjoys variations in their workouts like this one.”
Speaking on the occasion, Soumen Das  –Marketing Manager, Skechers South Asia Pvt Ltd, says, “It is heartening to see the number of fitness enthusiasts and Skechers fans who have come here today to join us in this endeavour. A Dance-Cardio workout is a fun way to get fit and pump up the energy in your workout especially when an expert dancer like Lauren is leading it. It is inspiring to see that the number of people adapting to a healthy lifestyle in Goa has increased manifold over the years. This initiative is just one such endeavour by Skechers to encourage this trend.”
