The initiative, which is the brainchild of Director HR, aims at covering over 3000 senior officers at the level of Deputy General Manager and above in the first phase. The project, which has been implemented by premier institute ONGC Academy, will have a complete roll out over a period of one year to sensitize all the employees of the company.

It is an e-learning training programme which is helpful towards creating paperless office and provides an immersive experience of training at multi locations simultaneously with the same effectiveness as done in classroom training. It consists of three modules and followed by quiz (Employee Engagement Module, Management Awareness Module and ICC Orientation Modules) and regulations.
