Tata Value Homes to invest Rs. 600 Cr at its project Eureka Park, Noida The project will focus 3BHK units that have smart amenities and people-centric lifestyle to enhance the livability quotient of homebuyers

Noida, 17th November 2021: Tata Value Homes – a 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing today announced the launch of Phase 2 of its project, Eureka Park in Noida Sector 150. The towers will comprise approximately 650 units of 3BHK that will cater to the current and future demand of the homebuyers in NCR region. The first phase of the project, launched witnessed rapid sales, with 850 + apartments being sold within 24 months of the project launch.

The project is strategically located at 15 mins from Sector 150 Metro station, 30 mins from upcoming Film City, 30 mins from Buddh International Circuit, and 45 mins from the proposed Jewar International Airport. The project offers easy connectivity to arterial roads, railways, etc., that enhances the livability quotient of the residents. 

With new-age home buyers opting for larger spaces to accommodate various day-to-day activities to keep a check on health and wellness, there is a  surge in demand for 2BHK and 3BHK properties across the country. Sector 150, Noida being the sports city with a core focus on health, wellness, and sports amenities in residential complexes, the demand for 3BHKs in the region is at its peak.
