Mumbai, September 2015: Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) hosted a master-class by Chef.Martin Yan at the Hotel Renaissance on 30th September 2015. The master-class was an initiative by the Malaysian Palm Oil Council to uphold Malaysian palm oil with urban Indians who are willing to enjoy delicacies beyond boundaries and are health conscious as well.

The  master-class was presented by Chef. Martin Yan,Brand Ambassador of Malaysian Palm Oil Council, who is also an incredible Chinese-born Hong-Kong –American chef. The master-class saw Chef. Martin Yan presenting some quick fix recipes in the Malaysian Palm Oil.Chef.Yan refined his natural talent by demonstrating few mouth-watering recipes and captured hearts of people by spicing his cooking artistry and teaching with a personal ingredient.
                                                                                       
The morning was filled with delicious recipes cooked in the palm oil along with detailed techniques shared by the Chef with the audience. In all, the class was indeed a “master-class” with appetizing delicacies cooked and a healthy discussion. Few recipes which were demonstrated by Chef.Yan were Crispy Seafood triangles, Garden Salad, Golden Crispy Noodle Pancake & Grilled Chicken Salad.

Chef Martin Yan, a certified Master Chef, highly respected food consultant and a cooking instructor, shared a range of cooking techniques which can be culminated while cooking.
