Mumbai: The one big grouse of pet owners in India is an ecosystem that is distinctly pet unfriendly. Going out on a vacation meant pleading with friends and relatives to accommodate the pet or put it up in a pet home. In sharp contrast to the prevailing state, Lonavala’s Rumourss Sky Villa & Resort that has been gaining immense popularity for its Japanese styled tree house chalets has decided to not only welcome pets, but incentivise the experience with a whopping 75% discount on the rack rate.
“While the discount offer is applicable only till the end of the summer season and on weekdays, we encourage our guests to come with pets on all days of the week all through the year. The regular tariff at Rumourss Sky Villa & Resort is Rs.9584/- for the ground villa and Rs.11980/- for the sky villa plus taxes. However, when you check-in with a pet(s), we will discount it by a flat 75 per cent and assure you that your pet will adore you for it ☺,” concludes Mr. Badiani.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India.
