Yappily, an app-based social network for shopping brought 20 thousand+ visitors with its biggest offline event “Flea Market Concert” in association with OMPCL in the Garden city of India, Bengaluru.

The event took place this Saturday and Sunday i.e. on 3rd and 4th December 2016 at Ozone Urbana. This Flea Market witnessed 250,000+ amazing handpicked products on display across a variety of categories from nearly 50+ sellers. There was a special Kids Zone by Nickelodeon.

It saw shopping enthusiasts across various age groups enjoying along with lots of fun activities, Lip-smacking food stalls, Contests, amazing Craft work on sale and Interesting Workshops all through the weekend giving their shoppers a One-Stop solution to their Shopping spree.

The whole idea of the Flea Market is to promote handcrafted unique items. Similarly, there are thousands of talented individuals who make amazing handcrafted items, which are not easily discovered by the people. We also wanted to give a platform to these talented professionals to showcase their creativity to a larger set of audiences. Sensational Singing superstar “Arijit Singh”, best live performer Raghu Dixit along with the famous Indian Rock Bands Euphoria, Indian Ocean and Parikrama graced the Concert with their popular music numbers.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
