Korea Tourism Organization appoints new Director for India Office

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Kwon has been appointed as the new Director of Korea Tourism Organization, India Office. He will be heading the India office for next three years.
Previously working as the Director of International Tourism Strategy team at Korea Tourism Organization head office, he has all-round exposure across different verticals of KTO like HR, Planning & Coordination, Inbound Marketing & Performance Evaluation.

He was the Deputy Director of KTO Chicago office between 2005 & 2007 and has successfully established KTO office in Jakarta in 2011. Holding a major in tourism, Mr. Kwon has been associated with KTO for 25 years. He is also a certified Public Labor Attorney in Korea.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London. The Mayor was joined at the finals day by Bollywood screen legend and the co-owner of Mumbai City football club, Ranbir Kapoor, as well as the Chairman of Queens Park Rangers, Tony Fernandes.
