BenQ Launches its Latest Education Interactive Flat Panel Display

National, 05 October, 2018 – BenQ, the global No.1 DLP projector brand and a renowned provider of visual display solutions, unveiled BenQ RM5501K, its latest education interactive panel display along with pioneering products including laser projectors, digital signages and dustproof projectors various segments. Continuing its focus on seamless and interactive learning, BenQ, unveiled its new RM5501K education interactive flat panel offering precise positioning to guarantee a streamlined and ultra-smooth handwriting experience that can effectively enhance class interaction and student participation.

The RM5501K 4K UHD 55 is designed to tap into the dynamic possibilities of the classroom and help teachers build a healthy and engaging learning environment. Not only does the RM5501K come with the Eye-Care solution, but it is also installed with proficient annotation tools for enhanced class participation.

BenQ has unveiled an array of Interactive Flat Panels including RP6501K, RP750K, RP860K which are the latest addition to the new family of 4K IFPs. These new 4K flat panels are engineered to deliver a stunning image and features an exceptional design, hassle-free settings, collaboration tools and innovative technologies with health benefits in mind to enable engaging interaction that redefines the meeting room and classroom.

Along with this, BenQ showcased its wide range of digital signage solutions which includes ST430K and ST650K. Delivering 4K resolution for enhanced engagement, the products feature a slim design and MDA application for hassle-free display control. Both displays are available with X-Sign software, allowing users to effortlessly create and manage content.

BenQ also displayed its laser Projector - LH890UST which is the latest addition to its BlueCore range projectors. The projector delivers breath-taking WUXGA images with pristine DLP picture quality, with 20,000 hours of guaranteed maintenance-free high brightness output from its BlueCore laser light source.  Moreover, it also includes the display of dustproof projectors DX808ST and MW826ST for users that can enjoy the unmatched durability and performance of each offering of BenQ’s Dustproof line of projectors.

Ultra-Smooth Handwriting Enhances Collaborative Learning

With the continuous advancement of our touchscreen technology, RM5501K offers dual pens for simultaneous collaboration with two different colors that allow two users to write or draw with different colors simultaneously, making it ideal for lively classroom activities. Additionally, it offers  flexible display of brush mode for creative education with the capability of naturally displaying different stroke thickness based on different types of tools used to write or draw on the screen, offering educators and students a more natural writing experience. RM5501K is capable of detecting strokes created with fingers, the IFP stylus, watercolor brush or even pencil. This unique feature makes RM5501K ideal for drawing or artistic creation in art classes.

Eye-Care Solution

RM550IK is TÜV-certified low blue light technology and flicker-free technology. Blue light emissions from displays may cause adverse health effects such as macular degeneration or disrupted melatonin secretion. BenQ’s Low Blue Light technology minimizes blue light exposure and allows for healthier time spent in front of the display. Additionally, RM5501K’s anti-glare glass surface can effectively reduce reflections, freeing students from excessive squinting with more legible text and clearer images, avoiding eye strain and facilitating more effective instruction.

RM550IK comes equipped with intelligent handwriting recognition. The RM5501K’s handwriting recognition feature allows presenters to simultaneously convert written text, numbers, forms, and drawings into legible materials without having to switch modes while effectively facilitating smooth teaching flow. It offers wireless solution for seamless collaboration and facilitates teaching flow with friendly design. Enhancing efficacy and agility RM550IK has front-facing speakers and external microphone compatible for more impactful learning. RM5501K repositions the 20W audio speakers to the front, offering better sound transmission that elevates the level of audio-visual enjoyment during classes. Additionally, RM5501K comes with a Mic-In port that allows teachers to connect external microphones, further facilitating an impactful and effective learning experience for students.
