Union Bank of India announces Revision in Interest Rate on Savings Bank Deposits

Mumbai: Union Bank of India has announced revision in Interest Rates for Domestic/NRO/NRE Saving Bank Deposit as under :
For Balance up to ` 25.00 lacs : @ 3.5 % p.a. and

For Balance above ` 25.00 lacs : @ 4 % p.a. on daily product basis

The revised Interest Rates shall be effective from 21st August, 2017

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
