J S Art Gallery inaugural Mesmerizing Innovative Art Show opening

“Mesmerizing Innovative Art Show”An Exhibition of Paintings & Sculptures by
Anand Panchal, Ananto Mondal, Andrea Klosowski, Gouttam Mukherjee,  Madhumita Bhattacharya, Manoj Sur, Monoj Sen, Neeta Pathare, Nitin Utge, Parakash Karmakar, Parmesh Paul, Parvin Utge, Rabin Mondal, Rakhi Baid, Ramji Sharma, Sanjay Singha, Wasim Kapoor, Om Swami, Jaganath Paul, Asit Patnaik, Laxman Aley, Dilip Chowdhary, Ananya Banerjee Among others.

An innovative group exhibition covering works of 30 contemporary artists of international repute & the relevant visual standards will be held at J S Art Gallery,Juhu Rd. Santacruz (West),Mumbai from 16th to 30th September 2012 between 11 am. to 7 p.m.
This show is being curated by Suraj Laheru – a well known and reputed personality in the contemporary art world. Suraj Laheru has already carved a niche for himself by curating many solo and group art exhibitions in severed leading art galleries in Mumbai, Pune, Calcutta, Chennai, New Delhi etc and some international art shows abroad as well. In the light of this, the J S Art Gallery recently started by Mr Suraj Laheru with the sole intention of promoting contemporary art in its various facets and forms and thereby the participating artists / creators as well as a welcome & proud adulation to the present art world. It is certain to rise to fame and apt recognition very soon owing to dedication & sincere efforts put by Mr Suraj Laheru – owner and curator of J S Art Gallery.
The present group show comprises works in figurative styles, landscapes, Nature forms, realistic work, abstract work, semi abstract work with a realistic background and base etc. Also, it opens up a treasure of superb work created by many professional and contemporary as well as upcoming artists in the relevant perspectives. Various mediums used by artists in this presentation include oil, water colours, acrylic, pastels, charcoal, pen & ink, mixed medium etc alongwith superb visual panorama thereof in the relevant arenas.

Bringing together the power of technology with the world’s most efficient network of Mumbai d abbawalas , it was launched after a successful beta testing phase.  Papers N Parcels, the app-based courier service, has tied up with the Mumbai Dabbawalas to leverage the award-winning network of over 5000 dabbawalas  for door-to-door delivery and pick-up of packages within Mumbai City limits. Every dabbawalla who doubles up as a courier boy, carries an Android phone loaded with the Papers N Parcels app to take orders for pick-up or delivery. Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
