UNION BANK OF INDIA LAUNCHES “AADHAAR SEVA KEDNRA”

Mumbai :  Union Bank of India today launched “AADHAAR SEVA KENDRA” at Prabhadevi Bbranch, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Prabhadevi is the first centre in Mumbai out of 19 Centre proposed to be started soon. Union Bank will be opening “AADHAAR SEVA KENDRA” at 429 Branches i.e.10% of its total 4282 branches across India.
The “AADHAAR SEVA KEDNRA” was inaugurated at the hands of Shri Vinod Kathuria, Executive Director, Union Bank of India & Shri Sumnesh Joshi, Assistant Director General, UIDAI. Also present of the occasion were Shri P C Panigrahi, General Manager, Financial Inclusion and Shri H C Mittal, Regional Head, Mumbai South.
Speaking to Customers, Shri Kathuria emphasised that Aadhaar Enrolment  and updation facility will help the Branch Customers to update their Aadhaar details in Branch itself and link the Aadhaar number in their accounts easily without any inconvenience.  This will also help the Branch in providing hassle free Aadhaar services at Branch itself.
Shri Sumnesh Joshi expressing happiness at the opening of “AADHAAR SEVA KENDRA” by Union Bank of India, informed that Union Bank has been in the forefront and has been taking such initiative since inception and has also been arranging workshops for Bank staff regularly.

Union Bank of India is committed to setup 429 “AADHAAR SEVA KENDRA” PAN India by 31st January, 2018 as per the UIDAI and Government guidelines.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup.
