Mumbai. Imagine being comfortably seated on a luxurious recliner of a cinema in the warmth of a cushions and a blanket, and being served freshly prepared delicacies, which are not just delicious, but are also healthy and free of all sorts of dining guilt.

India’s leading cinema chain, INOX, has collaborated with the health and lifestyle brand SOHFIT, to launch an all new INSIGNIA SOHFIT Menu, which includes eight preparations with healthy ingredients.

SOHFIT’s 40 Day Challenge has become increasingly popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in Mumbai. This special menu at INSIGNIA will not only enable movie buffs to maintain the Challenge rigor but also enjoy the right food at INOX Atria and INOX Nariman Point in Mumbai starting Jan 13^th until February 21^st 2020

The all new INSIGNIA SOHFIT Menu includes:

TREE OF LIFE: Cauliflower Rice, Grilled Paneer, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Beans Sprout, Radicchio, Avocado Slices, Enoki Mushrooms and Green Beans

STIR FRIED QUINOA/BLACK RICE WITH ORIENTAL GREENS: Quinoa/Black Rice With Asparagus, Bok Choy, Chinese Cabbage, Bell Peppers, Tofu, Broccoli,  Tossed In Tamari (option of black rice will be available from Jan 27^th 2020)

TIAN OF ROASTED AUBERGINE, BELL PEPPERS, ZUCCHINI & COTTAGE CHEESE  : Layers of Roasted & Grilled Aubergine, Zucchini,  Bell Peppers & Cottage Cheese Masked with Roma Tomato Concasse

MEXICAN BURRITO BOWL: Stir Fried Quinoa, Broccoli, Roasted Corn,  Zucchini Ribbons, Shiitake Mushrooms, House Made Guacamole, Salsa, Kidney Beans, Kale, Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Toasted Almonds

The all new INSIGNIA SOHFIT Menu will be served at INOX INSIGNIA at Atria Mall as well as CR2 Mall at Nariman Point in Mumbai. The new menu will complement the existing INSIGNIA menus at the two multiplexes.

The introduction of the new menu is a part of the launch of SOHFIT’s #theSOHFIT40daychallenge which begins on 13th January, 2020.
