Out of these, 7 FC’s are now operational in Delhi, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The technologically integrated service caters to not only established players but also start up merchants. The launch was announced at The Last Mile Fulfillment Asia 2016 Conference in Mumbai. DTDC also participated in a panel discussion on ‘Transforming Traditional Logistics Business to e-commerce Fulfilment Business’ with Mr. Suresh Bansal, Director, DTDC Express sharing his views on the topic.

The service aims at managing online orders directly from seller’s websites as well as from multiple domestic as well as international channels such as Lazda, Zalora, Rakuten, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Jabong etc. The technology platform is fully integrated with all the major Market Place Operators as well as Logistic Service Providers.
