Jackson Strong, 6 - Times X Games gold medalist to perform high octane stunts in Udaipur

Monster Energy has launched a new product in India, “Ultra,” and has collaborated with Jackson Strong for a film shoot in Udaipur.

India: Monster Energy, the number one energy drink from the US, has launched their sugar free, no calorie product “Ultra” in India.  For the launch, Monster Energy has collaborated with 6-times X Games gold medalist and stuntman, Jackson Strong. Jackson will be recreating the infamous TukTuk chase scene from the classic James Bond movie Octopussy, which was filmed in Udaipur in 1983.

Upon arriving in India directly from his 6th gold medal win, Jackson comments: “I’m very excited to be here and to be part of this project with Monster Energy. I’m a huge fan of James Bond, especially for the stunts. It’s my honor to get a chance to recreate the immortalized Octopussy scene after 36 years.”

Monster Energy India’s Country Manager, Muffadel Janjira comments “We are proud to announce the launch of our new sugar free, no calorie product “Ultra” in India.  We believe this great tasting, citrus flavored beverage will continue to support the passions of India's active and social youth.” Ultra is now available pan-India from the month of September.

Babar khan, one of India’s best stunt artists, two Parkour artists from Chaos Factory and Aarushi Datta of MTV fame are other part of the shoot.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
