Kinder Joy introduces ‘Kids Gifting’ with its new campaign #KhaoKheloKhushRaho on Diwali

Mumbai: Kinder Joy, the confectionery brand of Ferrero Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionery products, today announced the launch of its kids’ focused Diwali campaign #KhaoKheloKhushRaho. The campaign signifies the pure moments of joy, cherishing the family togetherness during Diwali with something tasteful for kids to enjoy. It is a first-of-its-kind initiative which revolves around the concept t of kids gifting during festivals, spreading happiness in a child’s life.
Building on the kids’ excitement during festivals, the campaign beautifully captures the rituals and traditions of an Indian family during the auspicious occasion of Diwali where the kids seek blessings from elders and they reciprocate it with a unique blessing of ‘Khao, Khelo, Khush Raho’ – the special blessing which excites them as they get Kinder Joy as a Diwali gift.  As the kids relish the bite of milky cream with crispy wafer and assemble the surprise toys, the mother shares her belief for Kinder Joy and spreads the message of real happiness with Kinder Joy which is their special festive gift on Diwali.

After years of creating compelling stories with innovative marketing strategies, Kinder Joy will launch the festive campaign with the new TVC.  With the aim to act as an ally for mothers to impart knowledge to their kids on the significance of Diwali rituals and traditions, a special campaign in form of ‘Tyohaar Tales’ will be promoted on the digital platform. It will narrate the stories in an entertaining and kid-friendly way – ‘Why Marigold flower is synonymous with all Indian celebrations’; ‘ importance of Diyas during the festival of lights’ ; ‘why house cleaning is significant in Diwali’ and so on. 
#KhaoKheloKhushRaho is a 360-degree campaign that will be leveraged on TV, OOH, digital, and on-ground activations. The campaign will be launched across key social media platforms of Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.
