by Shrutee K  Annual average residential price across 150 global cities increases by 10.6% in Q3 2021: Knight Frank Report Mumbai lowest-ranked Indian city with a global ranking of 146th on the index, registering a decline of 1.8% in home prices   Mumbai, December 2021 : In its latest report  Global Residential Cities Index Q3 2021 , Knight Frank, a leading international property consultancy cited that residential price across the 150 cities worldwide increased at an annual average of 10.6% YoY in Q3 2021. This is recorded as the fastest residential price growth rate since Q1 2005. The report highlighted that 93% of cities saw prices increase over the 12-month period. 44% of cities registered double-digit price growth in the year to Q3 2021. Skipper Vaisnavi slams 4 in Krida Prabhodini win

Mumbai, December :  Skipper Vaishnavi Pawar leading by example struck four goals to steer Krida Prabhodini, Pune to a fluent 5-0 win against Next Sports Academy, Palghar in a fourth-round match of the  WIFA Women’s Football League played at the Cooperage Football ground. This is the qualifying tournament, for the AIFF Indian Women’s Football League 2021-2022. Earlier, PIFA Sports, Mumbai were held by arch-rivals India Rush SC, Mumbai to a goalless draw. The dashing forward Vaishnavi netted her first goal in the 10 th  minute to give the Pune side an early lead. Seven minutes later Vaishani was again on target for her second and doubled the team’s lead 2-0. by Shrutee K The year 2021 began on a great note and we all presumed with vaccines in place and the population getting vaccinated on a large scale very soon, we will go back to normalcy and continue with life as usual. However, all these thoughts vanished overnight, when in March’21 we were hit with the devastating second wave which brought in panic, fear and many of us lost close family members and friends. The mood was somber and stressful. It was all about keeping ourselves safe and finding hospital beds for those who needed them. It was also time for us to give back to society by ways of helping with equipment for hospitals, oxygen cylinders, and setting up spaces for quarantine.   We had two months of lockdown in April’21 and May’21 and it was a period best forgotten. by Shrutee K Mumbai, 22 nd  December 2021 : Motilal Oswal Real Estate (“MORE”), the real estate private equity arm of Motilal Oswal Group has post the outbreak of COVID-19 cumulatively committedINR1,200 Cr through its platform.  This amount has been committed across residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. These investments have been made with  Casagrand Group and Radiance Realty in Chennai ,  Ashwin Sheth Group and Marathon Group in Mumbai, Puravankara Group, Shriram Properties, Pacifica Group and Casagrand Group in Bangalore and Phoenix Group in Hyderabad . The real estate projects are a mix of plotted, villa and apartment projects in the affordable/ mid-income residential segment across these cities. There are also a couple of commercial projects in which MORE has invested through this platform.
