IMC supports Uttarakhand relief
IMC supports Uttarakhand relief through the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2014 Indian Merchants’ Chamber participated in the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2014 (SCMM 2014) supporting the Uttarakhand relief work through the Indian Merchants’ Chamber Relief Fund. There were a fair number of participants including IMC President- Shailesh Vaidya, Director General of IMC- Arvind Pradhan, IMC members, YLF members, employees, etc. In the wake of the unprecedented devastation caused by flash-floods in a major portion of Uttarakhand, lives have been uprooted causing much grief to the common man. IMC has undertaken relief work in the affected areas through itsrelief fund, providing yeoman service to the unknown thousands who have suffered immensely due to this massive natural calamity.
