The owners are abided by one simple philosophy which is to offer and serve real food intact with real taste. The menu is a sheer mix of Modern American Cuisine & raw Indian flavours. Indeed, a result of what happens when an American Chef meets an Indian "Maharaj" and what follows therein is an array of Indo-American culinary delights. The restaurant is an endeavor of the Lionslair Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a hospitality management company and has been nurtured and driven by Vishesh Kadakia, Parag Vakil, Manan Mehta & Sahil Sheth.
