HEALTH Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone unveiled ‘Orbit – IDA National Oral Health Card’ designed to achieve total oral care . Wrigley’s Orbit, the sugar free chewing gum, and the Indian Dental Association (IDA) joined hands to launch the National Oral Health Program which is aimed to provide easy access to oral health for all. The occasion also witnessed the launch of the oral health card. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ashok Dhoble, Honorary General Secretary of IDA said, “India experiences disparities in dental care. Further, statistics indicate that 95% of the population in India suffers from gum disease and only 2% of the population visits dentists."
