Western India Automobile Association is authorized to issue Learning Licenses at its Churchgate Office for all 4 RTOs between 10:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. on all working days.

WIAA helps in online applications to license holders and issues the license on the spot after getting training in Road Safety. WIAA Motor Driving School is more than 6 decades old.
