Mumbai,October 2014: ‘Digital versus film’ has been a topic of debate in the photography world and the film industry from over a decade now, and although photography and film making is now dominated by digital operation, the older photochemical methods continue to serve some traditional users and applications. To, share perspectives and explore this subject further, leading camera rental firm Accord Equips has planned a Digital Film-Making Seminar on Saturday, 18th October 2014.

To be held at Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) in Andheri (west), the Digital Film-Making Seminar has been designed for students and budding film makers to understand the medium better and train for what the future holds.

Accord Equips has put together a panel comprising names that would bring immense value to the seminar. The headliner will beMr. John Mathew Matthan, ad film maker and director of the Aamir Khan starrer Sarfarosh. Joining him would be Mr Harmeet Singh, veteran cinematographer with over 30 films under his belt and Mr Amole Gole, who is hailed for his DSLR camera work on Hawa Hawaai and Stanley ka DabbaMr Neil Sadwelkar, a digital post production expert who runs the popular blog neilsadwelkar.blogspot.in will guide the participants on editing.
