CELIO launches its Winter 2013 collection
Celio*, the international menswear brand from France, creates yet
another style statement with the launch of its Winter’13 collection. To style
the man of the 21st century, Celio* collection’s
encapsulates three universes: The Urban, Free and Smart.
The “Urban” universe is characterized by discreet
and subtle English style elegance, ideal for everyday and smart weekend wear. It
also offers a broad range of materials: woollen fabrics, velvet and chambray,
crafted in warm tones of burgundy, khaki, chestnut and camel. The
collection flaunts well tailored cable-knit sweaters and wool overcoats.. Upgrading
the India menswear to that of global standards, Celio* Winter 2013 collection
is dominated by blazers which look best when paired with slacks and shirt with
micro - check patterns or floral micro-patterns. The meticulous finishing and
details can be seen inside the collars, shirts, cuffs, blazers and even belts.
The second
universe, “Free” drives inspiration from
the industrial atmosphere and strong architecture of Detroit. The "work
wear" airs strong military undertones.
The camouflage pattern and the color block are the main focus for this universe
whether it be sweaters or t-shirts. Chest printed tees with fine detailing and
cargo trousers are the flagship products of the collection. The contrasting range
of colours built on the base of muted
neutral tones (black, grey, navy, khaki, etc.)
Enhanced by “hard” blues and
greens, gives the collection its unique character. Quilting dominates this
universe and used extensively in the collection. The padded jacket, in
different shapes and colours is another must buy!
The third,
more formal “Smart” universe reinterprets the formal wear. In India, the shirt
will always remain an essential element of the range, thanks to varied versions
with block colours, twists and novelties. Elegance is in fashion! Designs are
twisted and finished with ultra-chic details. The "after-work" range offers
trendy jackets, t shirts, sweaters and shirts for a firm look. The range of
colours is minimalist and based on black, white and grey although to liven up
there are blue, purple and mauve to
enhance the silhouettes.
