Hanita Coatings becomes the ONLY window film manufacturer in India to be registered by GRIHA

Hanita Coatings- a privately owned company by Kibbutz Hanita and Tene Investments situated in Israel’s Western Galilee is the only window film manufacturer in India to be registered by GRIHA.

GRIHA- Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment is the rating tool that helps people assess the performance of their building against certain nationally acceptable benchmarks.

Being approved/ listed by GRIHA means that Hanita Window Films meet the stringent standards and parameters required by architects, engineers, builders and other building professionals for their green building projects.

After an exhaustive validation by GRIHA of energy benefits using detailed technical specifications, test reports and real data of Hanita Films , a  range of more than 20 window films was approved, features of which are:

· Significant reduction in operating costs in new/existing buildings and renovation projects

· 20%-30% cost reduction in energy bills of buildings

· Reduction in solar heat by up to 80%

· Air conditioning would require 34% less cooling time to reach the desired temperature

· Low investment and very high ROI

· Includes interior films, exterior films, security+ solar combination films, and specialized products for poly carbonates

· The neutral colour tones, variety of VLTs make it a perfect addition and option for any project – new or old

This approved range of window films can help architects and builders get their building a lot closer to attaining the prestigious GRIHA & LEEDS GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATION, improve Energy Rating & the Green Building score.
