AAP Maharashtra ready for Loksabha Election
Eminent Citizens join AAP
AAP Jilla Karyakarni Melava was hosted in Aurangabad and the National and State Leadership prepared the team for the forthcoming Loksabha Elections.
Mayank Gandhi said it was Maharashtra’s responsibility to show the nation that AAP is not a regional party of Delhi but has support across the country. AAP has established committees in all districts in the State, block level work is on and massive membership drives are underway. All AAP teams are flooded with requests to join the party. National Leaders Subhash Ware, Ajit Jha and Dinesh Waghela and State Leaders Anjali Damania, Vijay Pandhare, Sanjeev Sane, Maruti Bhapkar, Raju Bhise, Praful Vora, Shakil Ahmed gave direction to the teams on various issues. The Secretary Preeti Sharma Menon and Treasurer Sanjay Parmar trained the teams on organizational issues.
Convenor Anjali Damania welcomed Lalit Babar, Manav Kamble and Vithal Lad into the party. She said the party is proud to have such grass root activists and champions of the rights of the last man join and shape the thoughts and actions of the party.
Manav Kamble , leader of the SEZ Andolan and prominent socio-political activist from Pimpri Chichwad has been with the party and has today been appointed into the State Executive. Along with Subhash Ware he will take the responsibility of Western Maharashtra.
Lalit Babar who has been involved in organizing dalit youth through progressive platforms and has been fighting for the Special Component Plan has now joined the Maharashtra State Executive. He will direct Aam Aadmi Party’s fight for social justice.
The rights of tribals to livelihood is a burning issue across Maharashtra which has received nothing more than lip service from various governments. AAP’s focused fight for tribal rights will be now led by Vithal Lad , Adivasi leader, who began his fight for the rights of Adivasis against developers and the government in Borivali and is now the champion of Advasi rights across Maharashtra.
AAP received overwhelming response from the locals in Aurangabad wherein people from all walks of life. Jayakwadi water activist Jayajirao Suryawanshi joined the party along with workers of many other political parties. Leading associations of Aurangabad pledged their support to AAP.
With such overwhelming support, Aam Aadmi Party is certain that it will each across sections and make a decisive entry in the forthcoming Loksabha Elections.
