Oxigen Wallet’s Artificial Intelligent Chatbot, “Chat & pay” launched in collaboration with Niki.ai

New Delhi, 11th January, 2017: With an aim to extend user interface convenience to consumers, Oxigen Wallet, today announced the launch of “Chat & Pay” a chatbot service. Powered by globally renowned personal assistant Niki’s artificial intelligence engine, Oxigen Wallet users will be able to pay for services like recharge or bill payments by simply chatting with Niki’s assistant within the Oxigen Wallet app. Chat & Pay service is currently available for Android users of Oxigen Wallet.
Niki is a digital chat-based artificial intelligence powered shopping assistant. Oxigen Wallet transactions with the help of Niki assistant will give Oxigen Wallet users a more personalised, enriching and interactive experience. Data has shown that consumers love to be talked to instead of just having few buttons to DIY.
