Philatelic Exhibition - Inpex 2019 Organized by PCI

National Level Philatelic Exhibition - Inpex 2019 is being organized by Philatelic Congress of India (PCI), the apex National Federation of Philatelic Societies and Philatelists in India with the active support of Department of Post, Govt. of India.  It will be held at World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai during 18 to 22 December 2019.

Participants from all over the country, who have previously qualified at State Level Exhibitions, are eligible to participate in this National competitive philatelic exhibition.   A     separate Special Section has been kept for exhibits on Mahatma Gandhi as a mark of tribute to the celebrations of 150 years of Mahatma.            Separate Class for Youth falling in the age group of 10 Years to 21 Years has been kept for exhibits from the Youth as a part of encouragement to the Youths.     Special Awards will be given for Best Youth Exhibit and other Classes. Various programs, seminars, letter-writing contest, etc. are specially planned for the event.  The Prospectus and rules of participation are provided in detail at the website of INPEX 2019 at www.inpex2019.com.   Applications will be accepted online to allow easy and seamless access and opportunity to all eligible exhibitors from the remotest parts of India.

World’s 1st Tech-Enabled Courier Papers N Parcels Launched by 13-year-old Tilak Mehta

Bringing together the power of technology with the world’s most efficient network of Mumbai d abbawalas , it was launched after a successful beta testing phase.  Papers N Parcels, the app-based courier service, has tied up with the Mumbai Dabbawalas to leverage the award-winning network of over 5000 dabbawalas  for door-to-door delivery and pick-up of packages within Mumbai City limits. Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
