Mid-Day MD & CEO Manajit Ghosal pursue his dreams

Mr. Manajit Ghoshal, the ex MD & CEO of Midday has floated a new company named Media  Lounge Pvt. Ltd. with his good friend and owner of Ronak Advertising, Mr. Amardeep Singh  Vig. Mr. Ghoshal had left Midday in February 2013 and joined as Group CEO of Viiking  Ventures. 
Speaking on this, Mr. Ghoshal said ‘ Media Lounge is floated with the idea of creating a full service  agency which has companies specializing in media buying, digital media, creative services, event  management, Public relations services, running exhibition centres and conducting media courses. We  are planning a pan India presence and will look at mergers and acquisitions.’
On this development, Mr. Vig said, ‘Ronak advertising is the number one advertising agency in New  Bombay. Now we plan to go pan India and develop into a full service agency with all the verticals. We  will grow both organically and inorganically. With the strength of Ronak advertising and Mr. Manajit Ghoshal on board as the MD & CEO of the new company, we are confident, we will grow fast and  achieve our goals.’
Mr. Ghoshal is an MBA, chartered accountant, cost accountant, company secretary, Bachelor of  commerce and a member of CISI (London).

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
