BOB pays dividend to Government of India

Bank of Baroda pays 
total dividend of Rs.519.38 Cr to Government of India

Bank of Baroda presented a cheque of Rs.253.65 Crores to Government of India being the dividend for the year 2013-14. This is in addition to an interim dividend amount of Rs.265.73 Crores paid to Government of India on 29th January 2014 for the year 2013-14, thus making the total dividend for the year 2013-14 as Rs.519.38 Crores.


Shri S.S Mundra, Chairman & Managing Director, Bank of Baroda and Shri. P. Srinivas, Executive Director of the Bank handed over the dividend cheque of Rs. 253.65 Crore to Shri Arun Jaitley, Minister of Finance & Minister of Defence of the Union Cabinet of India. Also present were Shri K.P Krishnan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance & Shri D.K Garg, General Manager, Northern Zone.
