Mrs. Sudha Kamat, Director & Partner MG Group Unveils First Cook Book ‘The Karwar Palate’

Mumbai, India:  Sudha Kamat, Director & Partner, MG Group, released her first cookbook, The Karwar Palate: Coconuts, Chillies & Much More, along with her family and well-wishers. The book is a compilation of her family recipes that have been loved by all her family & friends over the years. Present at the event were Sudha Kamat’s friends and family including Mr. Rakesh Maria, former Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, who released the book.  

The book consists of over a hundred recipes that will tantalize the taste buds of the chefs and readers alike. It explains in simple step by step over a 100 authentic, Karwari recipes. Speaking at the event, guest of honor, Mr. Rakesh Maria said, “I’ve been close to the family and it is my pleasure to be a part of this launch event. I wish Mrs. Kamat has all the success.”

The book is a palette of traditional recipes using a variety of ingredients to entice the taste buds of vegetarians as well as non – vegetarians of all ages. Mrs. Sudha Kamat, believes in shaping everything that she touches with her heart and was passionately involved in compiling, designing and then the entire edit production process. Her hard work of nearly three years has finally been showcased across all Crossword book stores in India. It will be available on the online platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. At this memorable event, Mrs Sudha Kamat stated, “From being someone who had never entered the kitchen before marriage to someone who now is pro at cooking, this cookbook is my journey through the years. Each of these recipes holds a special memory. My inspiration came from my children Anil and Radhika who encouraged me to compile all these recipes, and my daughter-in-law Devika was a huge support in the project.
