This group was under a two months efficient training period where they were imparted a full-fledged beautician course by the trained beauticians, under the Foundation’s ‘Learn and Earn Programme’. The Chief Guest of the event was  Dr. Aruna Broota, India’s renowned psychologist . ‘Learn and Earn Programme’ is an initiative undertaken by the NGO to train underprivileged women   in the age group of 18-35 years in non-traditional employment.   Research proves that women in traditional areas usually work as household assistants, farming workers, etc. and they are usually insecure and underpaid and lack most of the benefits of their alternatives in official areas.
