Resorts team from Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts – Delhi visit

India. July 26, 2016. The resorts team from Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, a chain of 14 distinct hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the largest chain of hotels in Sri Lanka visited Delhi last week to acquaint themselves with travel agents. The visiting team comprised of the Sector Head of the resort properties, Senior Vice President - sales of the resort properties, marketing communications manager and sales manager of the resort properties.

Mr. Sunimal Senanayake, Sector Head of Cinnamon’s resort properties in Sri Lanka & Maldives was pleased to meet with the travel agents and understand the perspective of the Indian traveller. He was also delighted to share the brand values and various offerings Cinnamon has with the agents. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts also participated in GPS, Chandigarh which was held on 21st and 22nd July 2016.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
