Election of Chairman and other office bearers of Indian Banks’ Association for 2013-14
Mr. K R Kamath, CMD, Punjab National Bank reelected Chairman, IBA
The Managing Committee of
IBA at its meeting held on 6th June 2013 re-elected
Mr. K R Kamath, Chairman
& Managing Director, Punjab National Bank as the Chairman, IBA for the term
2013-14.
The other Office-bearers of
the Association elected were Mr. T M Bhasin, Chairman & Managing Director,
Indian Bank, Mr. Arun Kaul, Chairman & Managing Director, UCO Bank and Mr.
Aditya Puri, Managing Director & CEO, HDFC Bank Ltd. as Deputy Chairmen and
Mr. Pratip Chaudhuri, Chairman, State Bank of India as Honorary Secretary of
the Association for the year 2013-14.
The Association elected its
Office Bearers after the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 6th
June 2013.
