On
14th April in Bhopal Mehidpurwala Furniture one of the leading
furniture brand in Central India unveiled the India's Largest Chair named
as The Grand M. at the inaugural of their 4th showroom in Bhopal
spread across 60,000 sq ft at the C-21 Mall Hoshangabad road. Mehidpurwala
Furniture, the 128 year old Furniture Manufacturer Company with zeal for
creating quality furniture has created the history by building a 2 Ton chair
more than 25 ft height in the city of Bhopal also known as City of Lakes .
The
chair, named as The Grand M is more than a height of 2 storeyed building and is
on the threshold to register its name in Limca Book of Records with a base of
20 ft which almost weighs more than 2 tones. The public was astonished by sight
of the huge and mammoth form of a chair which in turn has become the cynosure of
the entire grand event.
The inaugural
function of the 4th Showroom has encountered the performance by
various rock band and other entertaining performances. The entire event was
open for public for the whole day.
