28th April, 2013, Mumbai, India: The Indian Luxury Expo on Day 2 witnessed a lot of captivating activities
throughout the day. The first of its kind show in Mumbai had a steady flow of
visitors right from morning.
The visitors were
especially spell bound by the ingenious art curated by Aura Arts. The Exclusive
Art Partner to The Indian Luxury Expo and has showcased
sculptures and paintings by leading artists from across the country, including
Dhruva Mistry, Arzan Khambatta, S Yousuf Ali, Siddharth, Vinay Sharma,
Gourishankar Soni, Veguri Ravindra Babu and many more.
On the response to the expo, Mr. Rishiraj Sethi, Chief Strategist, Aura
Arts said, “Aura Art is delighted at
this opportunity to display interesting and large sculptures and rare paintings
at this strategic forum, to interact with the initiated audience and also
visually enhance the Luxury Expo.” The audience was appalled to see
the "Spatial Figures" of Dhruva Mistry, the "Micropolis
series" of Arzan Khambatta, the colourful "Charkies" by
Gaurishankar Soni, "Time series" by Sanjay Kumar Srivastava,
"Bulls" by Ratan Saha and the poetic installation titled "Vibes
of a woman" by artist-duo Roshni Kavina and Avantika Mathur.
The roaring
sounds of Aston Marin and Harley Davidson kept the visitors thrilled through the
day. The luxury consumers also patrolled the way through the expo on Segway, a two-wheeled,
self-balancing, battery-powered electric vehicle.
The evening
observed consumers gravitating towards a live performance by versatile singer
Tanya Gupta famed for performing at the closing of Asian Games. Her beautiful
voice combined with high quality sound speakers by Danish brand Steinway Lyngford got the foot tapping
of the viewers. Soon each one present there broke into a jig transforming the
arena into a dance floor.
Every
participant at the expo commended the property. Aditya Sanghvi, Director of
Audelade said, “The Indian Luxury
Expo is a great forum for consumers to reach out to luxury brands like us, as
it provides the right platform and exposure. We have also introduced two new
lines of our products and have seen a great response.
The luxury market in
India has evolved and truly the customer seeks the right quality and brand
experience.” Audelade is a unique high fashion accessory brand for both men
and women.
Founder of Iva Spa Consultancy, Prithika Parthasarathy, qualified
spa consultant for from Lanna Academy, said, “The Indian Luxury Expo is an uber luxury expo inviting consumers who
believe in lifestyle, uniqueness and wellness as a basics of life. We
launched IVA SPA CONSULTANCY at this podium to broadcast our mantra that luxury
and affordability can be interwoven.” Iva is a designer spa consultancy
firm that provides end to end solutions to set up spa and exit with giving
client the keys to their tailor made spa.
The second day of
the expo has propelled these brands into an accessible space with the desired
audience. The third day is much anticipated and promises to headline the event
with more surprises for the connoisseurs of luxury with a taste for the finer
things in life.
