The inaugural Beattractiveexpereince, the fitness workshop was concluded with an outstanding session that was conducted by Dr. Rahul Pendse, Fitness expert, www.beattractive.org and Curator of the ProActive Lifestyle Programme (PLP) along with Meena Joshi, yoga expert, www.beattractive.org and designer of Fusion Yoga. Beattractive.org, India’s first digital magazine invited their users to this workshop to address practical solutions and real facts on how to Be-Attractive. 

The workshop was a 3 hour session on how to approach a healthy lifestyle with workout and diet was a good turnout by fitness and yoga enthusiasts. Aarati Dighe, co-founder, beattractive.org states, “We want to change the way people perceive themselves and the world they create around them to attract everything beautiful, everything attractive. No we are not a self-help blog but this is an ambition we hold as a magazine to connect and be part of people's lives to give back what we earned. Be attractive experience is the offline understanding of the same. There are many impending activities like this in the coming days”.



The workshop had Dr.Pendse guide his audience on living a healthy life and in a conscious way. Meena Joshi conducted a class on Fusion Yoga and the right methods of following it. Both panelists shared their knowledge on how to create an ideal meal for a healthy lifestyle, while addressing the challenges of modern day living. “Our attractive team includes our expert panelists who come from various walks of life and best of the best in their fields. Ø  Maybe alternate days- Focus on strength and core

Ø  Other three days- cardio

Ø  Working towards perfecting your aasans- Push towards 
your mental and physical limits

Ø  Yoga exhibits positivity- Positivity helps in reach your goals, which also helps in increasing your focus be it 
the environment, family, work, etc.

Ø  Keep your mind and your body active- for overall reflection

Ø  Do not overdo your exercises
