Shaan, Javed Ali & Rahul Roy come together for “The Message”

Mumbai: Great India Entertainment launched the music for its debut feature film, 'The Message', under Producers Prasun Kumar Jha & Rahul Roy. The social drama is written by Prasun Jha and is being directed by Vierendrra Lalit. The film is a coming-of-age tale of strayed youngsters, who find purpose and mentorship under an expelled Army Major, played by Narendra Jha. The Major, along with his comrades, Sameer (played by Rahul Roy) and Yousuf (played by Prasun Jha) believe in serving the Nation in or out of the uniform. They inspire these youngsters, and guide them towards a better life, and to be better citizens.
The film also touches upon the themes of corruption, nationalism and heroism. The film also stars debutant Sadhna Singh, Anant Jog, Rajeev Verma, Amit Behl and Aashima Sharma. The music album comprises of five distinct tracks composed by music director’s trio Satya-Manik-Afsar and Ishwar Kumar. The compositions features singersShaan, Kailash Kher, Javed Ali, Pamela Jain, Aman Trika, Dev Negi, Ritu Pathak, Sarodee Borah, and rapper Rabbit Sack’c. Also, for the first time after independence, the complete original version of Jana Gana Mana has been incorporated in the film. Each stanza of the composition conveys significant inspiring notions.  The music of the film is being released under the label of Leitmotif Records Pvt. Ltd. (LMR). 
Furthermore, Great India Entertainment has vowed to go Carbon Neutral by taking the responsibility to balance the carbon emitted during the making of the entire film, through eco-friendly activities such as planting trees and encouraging solar energy. Great India Entertainment and its board of Directors have also decided to donate 5% of its income to the widows of the army martyrs.
