Badshah and Mandy Takhar dance to the beats of Ladki Beautiful Kar Gaye Chull

National: At the recent concluded MTV Unplugged Event with Badshah in Ludhiana, the concert saw popular British punjabi actress Mandy Takhar dance along with big hearted Badshah. The duo enthralled the audience by dancing on the popular music ladki beautiful kar gayi chull song. Mandy Takhar was part of the event to promote her film “Rabb da Radio” that will hit the big screens on 31st March’17.

Says Mandy Takhar, “Badshah is a dear friend of mine and would really like to thank him to inviting me to be part of his music event. I am single handedly promoting the film Rabb da Radio which is releasing in theatres on 31st March’17 and would like to thank Badshah again for supporting me in my promotion”
Rabb da radio is a commercial film which urges people to do soul searching. It is set in the 1980s with a village scenario of two brothers living in a big house with a wall separating them due to family disputes and avoid speaking with each other. Then come the character of Naseeb Kaur ( Mandy Takhar) who gets married into the family. She has been order by her mother in law to not even show her face to the Chacha Chachi and their daughters. Naseeb avoids but fails and ends up becoming friends with her sister - in- laws. Tarsem Jassar the male lead of the film Is in love with one of the sister in laws is Guḍḍi (Simi Chahal). He also happens to be distantly related to Naseeb's Aunty so they ask Naseeb to fix their marriage. Naseeb refuses as, already by being friends with her sister in laws she is going against her month in laws wishes. In the end, Tarsem manages to fix marriage with Guddi by himself but Naseeb's mother in law is informed that it was Naseeb who fixed it. Naseeb then gets kicked out of the house only allowed back on the condition she does what the mother in law which would go against her sister in laws respect. Naseeb lies to save her marriage but fails to continue the lie as her spiritual side is awakened and she feels she has to do the right thing which is tell the truth as lying would be going against her own soul and God. She eventually tells the truth and is prepared to deal with the Consequences as she believe God will take care her as long as she is in sync with her own soul's voice.

The movie, Rabb da Radio, release in theatres on Friday, 31st March'2017.
