The Austrian National Tourist Office in Co-operation with the Swarovski Crystal Worlds, the Leading Hotels of the World and the Local Tourist Boards invited 11 Indian luxury travel agents on a FAM to Vienna, Salzburg, Zell am see and Innsbruck from the 26th-31st of March 2017.
The highlight of the FAM was the evening on the 27th of March , the opening event  of the famous Indian designer, Manish Arora’s  collection of imaginative, colourful installations exclusively for the art spaces, windows, and display cases at the  Swarovski store in Vienna, on the renowned Kärntner Straße.
Manish Arora’s designs will be carried in Swarovski Kristallwelten (Swarovski Crystal Worlds) in Wattens, Innsbruck, and Vienna. The art spaces at the Swarovski Kristallwelten Stores in Vienna and Tyrol are renowned for their elaborate art installations. They offer artists from Austria and abroad an opportunity to use crystal – one of the most captivating materials – to create impressive displays that not only appeal to visitors and customers, but also offer ample room for the artists’ individual creativity
The designer’s motto for the display window and art space designs at the three Swarovski Crystal Worlds locations – “Life is Beautiful” – fits perfectly with his colourful and optimistic design aesthetic. “It was a great pleasure to work with Swarovski Crystal Worlds on designs for a range of art spaces and displays. Swarovski bid me an incredibly warm welcome in Austria and I immediately felt part of a big family. I love the diversity and the unique sparkle of Swarovski crystals, and I very much enjoyed the challenge of highlighting the many facets and dazzling colours of this material. Swarovski Crystal Worlds has impressively demonstrated that – just like me – they are not afraid of colours,” the designer raves.
