INORBIT MALL ANNOUNCES THE THIRD EDITION OF 'PINK POWER' CAMPAIGN

Mumbai, March 2017 – You have a business dream, Inorbit gives you the power to realize your dream! Inorbit malls announces the third edition of their award winning “PINK POWER” campaign. Pink Power is an initiative by Inorbit malls to give women an opportunity to upscale their existing business in a big way. Inorbit encourages women from different walks of life to participate in Pink Power and give a boost to their business by providing them free retail space for a period of 9 months. All they need to do is submit their existing business ideas in categories like Apparel (Ethnic, Casual), Accessories (Junk, Ethnic, Designer), Footwear (Ethnic, Boutique wear/Handmade/Designer), Bags, Stationery (Gift Articles), Handicraft or Home Decor. Women can register at www.inorbit.in/pinkpower between 8th March to 8th April 2017. Entries would go through a selection criteria and a panel of judges will finally select the winners.
It is not just restricted to this. The malls will also mentor the winners with special retail training workshops hosted by Trust for retailers and retail association of India (TRAAIN) and Retail Association of India (RAI). With Central Bank of India being on board for PINK POWER, winners get an opportunity to avail soft loans to augment their business plan. Apart from this, we have an exclusive Online and TV shopping partner Shop CJ who would register the winners business on their website and TV channel. Also, 15 selected participants will get an opportunity to participate in the flea markets across Inorbit malls.

World’s 1st Tech-Enabled Courier Papers N Parcels Launched by 13-year-old Tilak Mehta

Bringing together the power of technology with the world’s most efficient network of Mumbai d abbawalas , it was launched after a successful beta testing phase.  Papers N Parcels, the app-based courier service, has tied up with the Mumbai Dabbawalas to leverage the award-winning network of over 5000 dabbawalas  for door-to-door delivery and pick-up of packages within Mumbai City limits. Every dabbawalla who doubles up as a courier boy, carries an Android phone loaded with the Papers N Parcels app to take orders for pick-up or delivery. Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London. The Mayor was joined at the finals day by Bollywood screen legend and the co-owner of Mumbai City football club, Ranbir Kapoor, as well as the Chairman of Queens Park Rangers, Tony Fernandes.
