Celebrate the colourful spirit of the coast with authentic recipes and mouth watering specials. This festival will give foodies an opportunity to taste classic Gujarati delicacies with a unique blend of sweet and spicy flavours that are the hallmark of rich Gujarati cuisine.

The highlights of the menu are Gujarati Kachori, Farali Patice, Bhindi ni Kathi, Dudhi Chana Dal, Gujarati dal, Tarkari Na Pattice main course you can go for Sev tamata and Sak, Vatana ni daal, ghee bhaat, Methi patla, Masala Puri , Khichdi and many more.
