Sportobuddy
as a brand is always innovating and introducing concepts to aid amateurs
and professionals alike. It envisions to be a powerhouse for amateur sports and
the fitness fraternity across India. The Anchor Super Colts Championship is one
such platform that translates this ambition into action. The league acted as
the ideal launchpad for local talent at the nascent level and also encouraged
parents & children to come together in sharing this unique experience.
“In
today’s ever changing world, kids have become accustomed to learning
differently. They’re more technologically inclined and tend to spend more time
indoors interacting with modern day gadgets. However, at Sportobuddy, we
believe that while technology plays an active role in education, sports is just
as important for a well-rounded personality. After all, it infuses values such
as leadership, work-ethic and teamwork, preferably from an early age. A
sporting event like our Anchor Super Colts Championship intends to tap into
these tenets by inculcating an active, sporting way of life in children from
ages as early as
our primary category, the U-8 all the way up to the U-16 category. And of
course, there’s a lot more to come” said
Sandeep Madhavan, Co-Founder, Sportobuddy.
