Union Bank of India launches Union Sahyog App for its customers

Mumbai, 13th Oct 2017: Driving the rollercoaster wave of India’s Digital transformation, Union Bank of India has launched trailblazing innovation with the big launch of its app Union Sahyog, which will bring entire customer facing banking on the mobile. The Union Sahyog App facilitates easy viewing of the bank’s extensive product offerings in both English and Hindi language; seeking to serve hands-on convenience to Union Bank customers and others on their mobile devices. While Union Sahyog is downloadable from Play Store and operable for android phones; it will be available soon in iOS too.

In terms of features and flexibility, the Union Sahyog App is more than what meets the eye! It accomplishes All Mobile based Banking Applications, Missed Call/SMS based services, Internet banking login and self-user creation, Deposit and loan product information, Online account opening, online loan application, online complaint& RTI. Then again, on the convenience pivot, the ‘extras’ and ‘pluses’ will bring on many smiles with features like - Branch locator, EMI calculator, Social media direct link and Digital banking information to boot.    

The Applications were ceremoniously unveiled by Shri RajKiran Rai G, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Union Bank of India in the august presence of Executive Directors Shri R K Verma ,Shri Atul Goel and honorable Board of Directors.

Speaking at the momentous launch event, a beaming MD & CEO said, “The launch of Union Sahyog will now put copious amounts of convenience in a customer’s hands and is in consonance with digital initiatives envisaged by GoI’s vision of Digital India. Union Bank’s esteemed customers will now have more reasons to cheer the robust advancement in features and best-in-class solutions to meet their diverse and rapidly changing needs.
