Union Bank of India enters into Agreement with Delhi Municipal Corporation- North

New Delhi, - Oct 12, 2017: Union Bank of India has entered into agreement with Delhi Municipal Corporation, North (DMC-North) for Digital salary disbursement to all employees through Union Bank’s Centralized Salary Management System.



The salary for 57000 employees (approx.) will be processed and disbursed in a single day without any manual intervention. The system will facilitate seamless transfer of funds electronically with complete MIS facility. It will help DMC-North for better management of funds, tracking of funds, interpretation and decision making with effective monitoring tool in the form of MIS.  In turn, it will help DMC-North to save lot of manpower & time.



Union Bank of India has always endeavored to provide bouquet of financial products to all its Customers under one roof. Bank will extend Union Super Salary Account with added benefits to the employees as Accidental Insurance coverage, Retail loans as Housing Loan, Education Loan, Vehicle Loan and Personal Loan at attractive interest rates .

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London.
